The bill (Reg. No. 7423) introduces
the principle of ‘a single point of contact´, alleviating the access of
the subject of investment activity to the services related to the development
and implementation of investment projects.
The Committee members stated that adoption of the Law "On the Development and Implementation of Investment Projects on the Principle of 'A Single Point of Contact'" had already set the legal and organizational principles of relations connected with the development and implementation of investment projects. Introduction of amendments to the applicable Law "is going to ruin the principle of equity of all the legal entities before the Law."
The People´s Deputies also mentioned the conclusion of the Main Scientific-Expert Office of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate that recommends forwarding the bill to the subject of legislative initiative for adjustment.
